*The following Terms and Conditions apply to Teddy's Price Promise: The purchase must take place on the day the lower price is advertised and must be the same product. The Price Promise does not apply to any product(s) redeemed from Teddy's in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim and applies only to regular, in-stock product offered for sale from a major New Zealand-wide retail store. Excludes trade quotes, liquidations ,and parallel imported products.Our Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any additional Teddy's product offers such as bonus product.

To be eligible for our Price Promise, you must evidence, such as a link, from an eligible competitor in order for us to fulfil the promise and applies where the other stores final price is inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees and charges. 

We reserve the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price and if your claim qualifies for the Price Promise.

The Price Promise may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to Teddy's usual terms and conditions of trade. The information you provide Teddy's will only be used to provide the Price Promise to you or to discuss with you your Price Promise claim.
